Heart disease is basically known as CHD and may vary between women and men. When looking for signs and symptoms of heart disease some women may not find the exact symptoms of heart disease and it is called silent CHD. Mostly this disease is diagnosis by an irregular heartbeat, heart attack or heart failure. A common sign and symptom of CHD is angina. It is a chest pain or discomfort that happens when your heart muscle doesn't get sufficient oxygen-rich blood.

In men, the chest pain often feels such as pressure or squeezing in the chest. This feeling possibly will expand to the arms. Women can as well have these angina signs and symptoms. However women also tend to tell a sharp, fiery chest pain. Some symptoms and signs in women are more similar to have pain in the neck, jaw, throat, abdomen, or back before heart attack.

Sometimes In men, angina the chest pain tends to worsen with physical movement and go away with rest. Whereas the women are more chest pain even as they are resting or sleeping. The women who have coronary micro vascular disease, chest pain often occurs during routine every day activities, like shopping or cooking, rather than while exercising. Mental stress also is a major cause to trigger chest pain in women as compared to men. The severity of angina or the chest pain varies. The pain may get critical or occur more often as the buildup of sign continues to narrow the coronary heart veins carrying oxygenated blood.

• Discomfort, pressure, heaviness, or pain in the chest, arm, or below the breastbone.

• Discomfort radiating to the back, jaw, throat, or arm.

• Fullness, indigestion, or choking feeling (may feel like heartburn).

• Sweating, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness.

• Extreme weakness, anxiety, or shortness of breath.

• Rapid or irregular heartbeats.
